The following conditions are valid for every sale made between LOV S.r.l.s. and the customer in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments.
1. SHIPMENTS
We deliver throughout Europe. We are working with our couriers to reach every point of the world.
In Italy
We have a partnership agreement with the most important couriers operating in Italy to guarantee the best service to our customers. Our automatic system selects the most efficient courier in your area.
We only use "Express Courier" to guarantee delivery within 24-48 hours from order processing.
For every order fromItaly the price for shipping is € 3.20 including VAT for purchases up to € 20.00. Shipping is free for purchases over € 20.01.
In Europe
We only use "Express Courier" to guarantee delivery within 24-48 hours from order processing.
For every order fromEurope the price for shipping is € 9.90 excluding VAT for purchases up to € 50.00. Shipping is free for purchases over € 50.01.
Warning
To guarantee delivery in 24-48 hours, your order must be placed by 16:30 on the same working day in order to allow the automatic "order management" system to communicate the shipment by 17:00. to the courier.
Any order placed on the weekend and / or on a public holiday will be processed on the following first working day.
Always indicate the correct address and a telephone number on which you can be contacted by the courier in case of unavailability. Our couriers, in case of a first non-delivery, will try a second time at no additional cost. Check that the packages arrive damaged. If this happens, write "Accepted with reserve" on the delivery note. Only in this way will it be possible to request a refund for the damaged goods.
2. PAYMENTS
The sales prices of each product are indicated on the store and are inclusive of VAT. and applicable taxes. Any changes to the VAT rates or other supervening taxes on the sale will give rise to the relative adjustment. The prices are valid for Italy and Europe. Shipping costs are not included in the sale price and are established in the previous art. 1. The same will also be indicated separately during the purchase and payment procedure.
As for purchases through the lov.bio e-store, payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected with the placing of the order will be processed by Lov for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer in execution of these General Conditions of Sale, in compliance with the Italian and European legislation on the protection of personal data in force. and the privacy information on the Site.
